Sunday 31 August 2008 - PAKURANGA JUNIOR RELAYS
Venue: Starts and finishes at clubrooms, Lloyd Elsmore Park, Cascades Road, Pakuranga.
Last centre junior event for the season. 11.30am start (11.00am report)

* There are four separate relays one for B10/G10’s, one for B12/G12s, one for B14/G14’s, and one for M16/W16’s Each team must consist of 4 athletes. There must be at least two girls in each team to qualify for the merit prizes. Athletes may run in an older age group. Any other combination will count for spot prizes only (eg 3 boys + 1 girl or 4 boys).
* All runners will complete a 1662m cross country lap within Lloyd Elsmore Park.
* Runners must be registered with Athletics NZ, and wear their club uniform.
* There is no limit on the number of teams you may enter.
* Run under Athletics NZ Rules.
* Each entrant will receive a free drink and ice block

Training Runs

Wesley runners are out and about all over Auckland at different times and days and you are welcome to join these groups. Just to make sure you don't miss them please email the contact for the run to confirm details.

MID-WEEK RUNS

Junior mid-week Every Wednesday meet at the Rugby League club on Puriri Drive 4:15 for all Junior and Senior runners. Bruce Jones will be organising the sessions but any help would be appreciated.

Senior Pack Runs If you are doing a regular run and would like some company then drop us an email with your run details and no doubt someone will be keen to join you - training can be a lot easier with some company.

Dave R, Dave M & Ian meet 6:40am on Tuesday and 7am on Saturday in Puriri Drive. Contact Ian if you want come along. Be warned the pace can be alittle warm even if the temperature isn't.
